At Love Dental, we happily accept third party billing for your dental insurance.

AT Love Dental our team will schedule your appointment based on the urgency, type and needs in the time required to give you the best care.
As a courtesy, we send out a reminder email to you 1 week prior to your visit and a confirmation call 1 day before.
Although we will make every effort to contact you before any appointment, it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure that you will be at your appointment unless other arrangements have been made in advance with our office.
In the event that any of the following situations occur please be advised It is our policy to follow these guidelines.
We understand that some things may be out of your control. Therefore, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment you will be given one of the following options:
1) If possible, a portion of the scheduled work will be completed during the remaining appointment time.
2) Reschedule the appointment within a reasonable time period at any of our two locations.
3) Wait for a same-day opening in the schedule at either locations that will permit the scheduled work to be completed.
If you cannot keep your scheduled appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel and reschedule.
This allows us enough time to offer your appointment to another patient.
Same day Last minute/late cancellations are considered ‘no- show’ appointments and will be documented in your dental record.
A fee of $50 will be charged and must be paid prior to booking your next appointment.
A ‘no-show’ appointment occurs when a patient does not show up for an appointment and does not give any notice.
Missed appointments are an inconvenience to patients who need access to dental care in a timely manner and is inconsiderate to our doctor and team who are left sitting idle.
