Your appointment time is especially reserved for you.  We kindly ask that you please let us know if you need to cancel, so we can make your time slot available to other patients.  We understand that things happen and life gets busy.  However, in the case of a short notice cancellation (less than 48 hours prior to your appointment time) or just not showing up you will be charged $25.

LATE ARRIVALS

Kindly note, we reserve your time for you especially.  If you are running late, please call us as soon as possible.  If you happen to be more than 10-15 late we may not be able to accommodate your full treatment plan.  In this case we may offer to do a portion of your treatment or the option to reschedule.
